All sales are final no refunds will be issued.  A 30 Parts only Warranty applies to the Vehicles Engine for Manufacturer's defects only.  If a bike is found to be (DOA) Dead on Arrival due to mishandling, misuse, accident, collision or been submersed in water or muddy water the motorbike will not be repaired under warranty it will be the buyer's responsibility for the repair costs.  The Manufacturer's Warranty does not include Batteries, Light Bulbs, Tyres, Seats, Fairings, Wiring, Accelerator, Electric Start or Pull Start Systems or Brake Systems.
